1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

Unused and in original condition.

Packed with all accessories, manuals, and tags.

Returned with the original invoice or order ID.

Products that cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (food, beverages, etc.).

Health, beauty & personal care items (e.g., supplements, skincare, cosmetics) once opened.

Customized or special-order items.

2. Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval/rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Refund methods:

Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.

Bank Transfer (if paid via card/bank).

Cash Refunds are only available for in-store purchases (if applicable).

Refunds will be made to the same payment method used during purchase.

Delivery/courier charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake from our side (wrong/damaged item).
3. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.

Exchange requests must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

For faster processing, please send us clear pictures/videos of the damaged/incorrect product.
4. Return Shipping (Bangladesh)

Customers must send the product back using a reliable courier service (e.g., Sundarban Courier, SA Paribahan, Pathao, RedX).

Return shipping charges are paid by the customer, except in cases where:

The product is defective.

A wrong item was sent.
