1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver products to all districts of Bangladesh through trusted courier partners such as Sundarban Courier, SA Paribahan, Pathao, RedX, and Steadfast.

Delivery to rural and remote areas may take additional time depending on courier availability.
2. Delivery Time

Inside Dhaka City: 1–3 working days.

Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days.

During public holidays, strikes, natural disasters, or courier delays, delivery may take longer.
3. Shipping Charges

Inside Dhaka City: BDT 60–80 (based on size/weight of the product).

Outside Dhaka: BDT 120–150 (based on size/weight of the product).

Some products may include free delivery promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across Bangladesh.

For high-value orders or customized products, we may require a partial advance payment through bKash, Nagad, or Rocket before shipping.
5. Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed within 24 hours.

You will receive an SMS or phone call confirmation before your order is dispatched.

Once shipped, a tracking number (if available from courier) will be provided for your convenience.
6. Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure that your name, address, and contact number are accurate when placing the order.

Upon delivery, inspect the parcel before accepting.

If the parcel is visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse to receive it and immediately contact our support team.
7. International Shipping

Currently, Sikder Trade International does not offer international delivery. Orders are shipped only within Bangladesh.
